Ono spinach salad recipe

For all you chefs, below is a recipe for an ono spinach and orzo salad a staffer brought to a Senate potluck recently. Thought we’d share since it was a hit: 

1 bag spinach (cut up in strips)
Pine nuts
Tomato
1 cup orzo pasta
1 can sliced olives
1 Tbsp. capers
Parmesan or feta cheese
Strawberry or raspberry dressing
Optional: avocado, red cabbage, red onions, sundried tomatoes
