Nowhere in its legal papers is there even similar text. For the record, the mission is: The specific and primary purpose of the corporation is to promote the creation, production and cablecasting of programs by, for and about Hawaii Such programs will be aimed at the preservation, development and enhancement of the diversity of thought, culture and heritage within Hawaii. Through these activities the corporation will facilitate lifelong learning and the community's participation in the democratic process. Olelo’s mission statement is not as indicated above.
