The Hawai‘i Dept. of Health (DOH) is reporting the 16th death associated with the coronavirus in the state. The 16th death is an Oʻahu woman who is over 65-years-old and had underlying conditions and had been hospitalized since early April. The department is investigating whether the mode of infection was travel-related or community-associated.
DOH extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of the latest victims of this disease.
