Senate President Ronald D. Kouchi is working with Major General Kenneth S. Hara, Adjutant General for the State of Hawai‘i, Department of Defense, to coordinate the distribution of food from vendors who have excess inventory due to the shutdown of restaurants throughout the state due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
