Shimabukuro (Kalaeloa, Honokai Hale, Ko ‘Olina, Nānākuli, Mā ‘ili, Wai‘anae, Mākaha, Mākua), Representative Cedric Asuega Gates (Wai‘anae, Mākaha, Mākua, Mā ‘ili), and City Councilmember Kymberly Marcos Pine (West O‘ahu).
